What is included in a hosted VICIdial plan?

Every plan includes a managed VICIdial installation, operating-system hardening, automated nightly backups, monitoring, patching, and technical support. Higher tiers add dedicated servers, priority support, and custom configuration.

Can I bring my own SIP carrier?

Yes. Our hosted VICIdial works with any standards-compliant SIP carrier. We also help you evaluate and integrate carriers if you need a recommendation.

Do you offer month-to-month billing?

Yes, all hosted VICIdial plans are month-to-month. Cancel or change tiers any time with 30 days notice.

How many agents can I run?

Starter supports up to 10 agents, Professional up to 50, and Enterprise is unlimited with high-availability clustering. We right-size your server to your peak concurrent agent count.

Is call recording included?

Call recording is included in Professional and Enterprise plans with configurable retention windows. Starter supports recording as an add-on.
